Role overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive at Continuity, you will drive our expansion into France and international markets. You'll be responsible for developing a robust pipeline of new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, executing a strategic sales plan, and closing deals to help us reach our ARR objective.

✈︎ Frequent travels required in France and abroad
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to prospect, build, and close deals within your assigned territory.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to secure new businesses and drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage your own pipeline of named accounts through proactive outbound efforts and effective lead qualification.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and internal teams (Solution Consultants, Product Marketing Manager, Leadership) to advance opportunities and enhance our market presence.
- Opening new logos with a focus on large enterprise accounts as well as expand existing accounts in collaboration with the CSM.
- Represent Continuity at industry events and support the development of global offers that resonate with our customers.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS complex sales cycle, with a track record of exceeding a €1M+ sales quota and delivering impactful client-centric strategies.
- Expertise in new business hunting and a structured, data-driven approach to sales (experience with methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, Value-Based Selling is a plus).
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., SFDC) for accurate tracking and forecasting
- Fluency in other European languages, particularly Spanish or German, is a plus.
